Software Developer – Front End Developer

About the role

Work closely with the dev engineering team to build solutions that improve the security, productivity, and efficiency of Axivise’s product and services team.

Responsibilities

• Build, release, and manage configuration of production systems
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage serverless production systems and IT infrastructure
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems
• Implement critical system security using best-in-class cloud security solutions
• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure
• Automate and improve development and release processes
• Improve data architecture strategy, including multiple geographies, disaster recovery, and data protection
• Partner with engineers to suggest architecture improvements and recommend process improvements
• Assist the team in resolving technical problems related to cloud services and IT infrastructure
• Communicate status updates and risks to stakeholders
• Participate in Scrum, Sprint, and Defect Triage meetings
• Own and build the front-end UI for a management center enabling Axivise’s teams to connect to and manage platform integrations
• Create the framework for new capabilities, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Develop appealing responsive interfaces in React/AngularJS in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• Design intuitive “drag & drop” experiences for creating, moving, and connecting UI elements
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to meet end-user needs
• Provide feedback on backend service improvements and dependencies
• Code for supported browsers and device platforms, accounting for differences
• Resolve technical problems requiring judgment and creativity in solution development
