About the role

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into practical technical solutions. Architect and lead full-stack development of large-scale operational software, owning engineering decisions to build robust and maintainable systems. Support the growth of junior team members through technical mentorship and knowledge sharing. Balance development of new solutions with maintenance and support of existing tools to ensure continuous operational excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Bring seven (7) or more years of software development experience with a strong track record of working with ambiguous, high-level requirements
• Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to clarify problems and drive toward well-defined solutions
• Full-stack development experience, with proven record of designing and architecting modern web applications from the ground up
• Proficient in frontend development with modern single-page applications; experience with Vue.js preferred but not required
• Strong backend development skills in Python; familiarity with FastAPI is a plus
• Expertise in relational database schema design, querying, and performance tuning
• The willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
