About the role

Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and reporting solutions. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional IT teams. Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Perform advanced analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. Work independently with strong technical judgment in an Agile environment. Support enterprise and cross-agency initiatives, including legacy system migration and data transformation. Develop and optimize database solutions, including data modeling and performance tuning. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data transformations. Convert legacy applications to modern web-based solutions. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508). Implement CI/CD pipelines and utilize Git and DevOps tools. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Requirements

• Preferred experience with government, healthcare, or public sector environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience converting legacy applications to modern web-based solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508).
