Software & Design Engineer

LaunchAI is on a mission to build the world’s first vision-based ADK (Agent Development Kit). We are seeking an exceptional new graduate to help build the platform end to end in San Francisco (CA), Salt Lake City (UT), or remotely/hybrid.

About the role

Full-time position with a salary range of $120K–$150K/year plus stock options. You will work on multimodal AI models, visual grounding, workflow engines, deterministic execution, and the tools users rely on to build, run, and supervise agents.

Responsibilities

• Build tools for computer-screen-using AI agents
• Improve our vision-first workflow builder and reliable execution engine
• Develop across our Python runtime, FastAPI backend, and React/TypeScript portal
• Turn frontier-model prototypes into tested production systems
• Work directly with the founding team and customers

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field
• Strong programming and computer-science fundamentals
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or another modern language
• Evidence of ambitious technical work through research, internships, open source, startups, or personal projects
• Curiosity, ownership, and excitement about making probabilistic AI systems reliable

Skills

Experience with computer vision, multimodal models, agents, compilers, distributed systems, HCI, or full-stack development is helpful but not required.
