Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development and integration initiatives from planning and execution to delivery and support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Agile, Scrum, or other software development and test methodologies.
- Utilize integrated software tools and relational databases to support efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Apply best practices in software testing, risk management, and performance analytics to optimize project outcomes.
- Identify potential project risks and performance deficiencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies based on data-centric assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and contractual obligations.
- Cook up and present project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor junior team members in project management techniques, including prioritization cross projects and risk analysis.
- Represent the project team in retrospective reviews, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software project management, data analysis, and technical oversight
- Proven success managing complex software development projects and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in software development tools, project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow), and data analytics platforms
- Strong skills in risk management, performance metrics, and compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Desired Skills & Experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Agile/Scrum certification or training
- Experience managing enterprise-level software projects or SaaS platforms
- Background in Department of Defense projects
- Experience designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance
Pay
The proposed salary for this position is: $90,000 USD - $145,000 USD
