Software Configuration Management Analyst (TS/SCI Clearance Required)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software configuration management tools
• Perform configuration change management along with records, release, and data management
• Analyze proposed hardware and software changes to determine their effect on the overall product and system
• Perform release engineering tasks to ensure new software products are documented, compliant with standard configurations, and logistically sustainable
• Maintain the Software Configuration Management System, including code documentation, problem report and change request processing, software build documents, and delivery of software products to operational environments
• Interface frequently with cross-functional leads, engineers, and internal and external contacts to achieve program objectives on schedule

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Strong experience across software configuration and release management
• Coordination with cross-functional engineering teams
• Maintain databases to track and manage deliverable products through completion

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software applications
• Familiarity with development and production contracts
• Verification and analysis of work products for accuracy
• Experience with documentation markings, formatting, and handling
• Knowledgeable in Windchill/EPDM

Skills

• Software configuration management, configuration change management, and release and data management
• Develop and maintain software configuration management tools: Jira, Confluence, Git, and GitLab
• Knowledgeable on Sprints in a JIRA environment
• Coordinating software and hardware releases across Release Management, QA, and Engineering teams
