Software Analyst - Intern

This internship is based in our Norman, OK headquarters on a hybrid schedule (some days at home and some days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products.
• Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with the application development team.
• Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features.
• Understand and apply working knowledge of Agile processes.
• Validate alignment of data and integration requirements.
• Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements.
• Lead execution of test cases in the client environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of Java and Python; React and SQL knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and excellent problem-solving skills.
