Software Analyst - Intern

This internship is based in our Norman, OK headquarters on a hybrid schedule (some days at home and some days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products
• Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with the application development team
• Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features
• Understand and apply Agile processes
• Validate alignment of data and integration requirements
• Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements
• Lead execution of test cases in client environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of Java and Python; familiarity with React and SQL preferred
• Understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and excellent problem-solving skills
