Software Analyst - Expert

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze stakeholder's business needs using techniques such as JAD sessions, requirement elicitation sessions, interviews, user stories, and creating documentation.
• Create and maintain software development artifacts like context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met.
• Create and manage test plans/cases, handle defects with development teams, and conduct User Acceptance Testing with users.
• Manage the entire Requirements Management Lifecycle, including developing and executing a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing baselines, and handling change control.
• Work on various healthcare applications such as patient records, billing and finance, and human resources.

Qualifications

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from IIBA or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
