Ai Native Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Native Software Engineer to drive the transformation of enterprise software development through AI-first engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, LLM integrations, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build AI-native engineering workflows that accelerate software design, development, testing, deployment, and operations using agentic systems and enterprise AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement AI-first solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, DevOps, microservices, and API management practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, DevOps, microservices, and API management.
• Hands-on experience in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, LLM integrations, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with agentic systems and enterprise AI platforms.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Experience with at least one major programming language and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
