We are a verified OEM factory with experience since 2002, specializing in manufacturing equestrian and pet products for European brands. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for product consultation and customization of our pet carriers and related accessories.

About the role

This position involves providing expert consultation to clients regarding our Soft Pet Carrier, including the Small Soft Dog Carrier, Soft Cat Carrier, Puppy Carrier, and Soft Sided Travel Carrier Bag. You will assist clients in selecting the appropriate product, offer customization options, and ensure they understand the features and benefits of our carriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed product consultation to clients, including sizing, features, and customization options for pet carriers.
• Assist clients in selecting the correct carrier size based on pet dimensions (length, height, and weight up to 15 lbs).
• Explain product specifications, such as airline-approved design, safety features, and durability.
• Collaborate with clients to customize pet carriers to meet their specific needs.
• Address client inquiries about equestrian and pet products, including saddle pads, horse rugs, dog beds, and other accessories.
• Stay updated on product trends and provide insights to clients regarding the latest in pet travel solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in OEM manufacturing, particularly in pet or equestrian products, is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pet carrier products, including materials, design, and functionality.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Ability to work with European brands and understand their specific requirements.
• Familiarity with airline regulations and safety standards for pet travel is a plus.
