We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team for product consultation and customization of our expanding line of pet carriers and accessories.

About the Role

This position focuses on providing expert consultation for our Airline Approved Portable Pet Carrier, including customization requests, technical specifications, and client support. You will work directly with international buyers to tailor our products to their needs while ensuring compliance with airline and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on product specifications, materials, and customization options for pet carriers and related accessories.
  • Provide accurate measurements, weight limits, and airline compliance details for all carrier models (S, M, L sizes).
  • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate carrier size and features for their pets (e.g., large cats, small/medium dogs up to 18 lbs).
  • Explain product features, such as expandable mesh windows, removable pads, and multiple carrying options (handles, shoulder strap, luggage attachment).
  • Address technical questions about durability, materials (e.g., anti-scratch ventilated mesh, PP board base, Oxford cloth), and structural integrity.
  • Guide clients on airline approval processes, including size restrictions and removable fiber rods for larger carriers.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to communicate customization requests and ensure quality control.
  • Provide post-sale support, including troubleshooting and replacement part inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience in OEM manufacturing, product development, or client-facing roles in the pet or equestrian industry.
  • Familiarity with pet carrier products, airline travel regulations for pets, or related accessories.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding measurements, materials, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to interpret and explain technical product specifications clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customization challenges and client concerns.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
