• Knowledge and skills in instructional design theories.
• Mastery of MDMP, JPP or other service Planning Processes.
• Past performance in directly participating with and supporting SOF Special Forces units and formal schools.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Self-motivation and high level of discretion.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention for detail.
• Past performance as a SOF Operations team member, Training Chief, instructor, teaching, or related field.
• Past performance conducting assessment, and performance evaluations.
• Strategic SOF planning, organizing, and analyzing instructional development activities.
• Experience supporting multinational and Joint Operations.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Routine field/tactical environments. Occasional extended working hours will be required. Schedule: M-F 0700 to 1700. Normal some reverse operations may occur.

Travel

Domestic and OCONUS travel may be required for training and program coordination. Up to 15-25%.
