About the role
Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF HUMINT SME to support a federal government client. The position is located at Camp Lejeune, NC and requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Reside within the MRSG T-Cell and maintain a clear understanding of the MARFORSOC organization, structure, and mission to perform management and coordination functions across all aspects of counterintelligence/HUMINT.
- Participate in required meetings.
- Advise, assist, and coordinate CI/HUMINT script writing.
- Interview and manage uniformed and contracted HUMINT role players for TRX I and TRX II training utilizing government provided criteria.
- Be adequately prepared for all training event(s) including being on time and with appropriate equipment.
- Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and the preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR), evaluations or other required documents as requested by the MRSG.
- Support the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion for HUMINT operations.
- Develop and implement exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals are met for HUMINT operations.
- Drive a government vehicle to transport personnel and equipment to training as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SOF experience.
- Minimum of 2 SOF combat deployments; of which 1 employed CAT I TTPs.
- 3 years operational experience conducting CI/HUMINT while holding a position of responsibility (i.e. ODA/MSOT S2X, Special Operations Cell S2X, Regional Operational Control Element S2X).
- Current driver’s license.
- Former Warrant Officer or Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO).
- Advance Source Operations Course (ASOC), or Defense Advance Tradecraft Course (DATC) graduate.
- Defense Strategic Debriefer Course graduate.
- Asset Validation and Asset Risk Management long course graduate.
- Sensitive Activities Communication Course (SACC) qualified.
- Willing to attend the SOCE course, if required.
