Role Overview

This engagement involves authoring and reviewing graduate-level Sociology domain content to support AI model training and quality improvement. Contributors must create complex, reasoning-based questions that can challenge advanced LLMs while remaining answerable by real domain experts.

Responsibilities

  • Create graduate-level, reasoning-based questions and detailed solutions.
  • Review and validate sociological domain-specific content for accuracy and quality.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide structured feedback.
  • Contribute across one or more of the listed subdomains while following project guidelines.

Requirements

  • Master's, PhD, or equivalent professional/research experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Expertise in one or more listed Sociology subdomains: Environmental Sociology, Medical Sociology, Social Theory, Sociology of Education, Sociology of Family, Sociology of Religion, Urban Sociology.
  • Strong analytical thinking, research, and academic writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and subject accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in teaching, research, academic writing, or AI evaluation is preferred.

Compensation & Commitment

  • Compensation: $30 per accepted task | $8 per task review as a task reviewer
  • Commitment: Flexible/Project-Based
  • Location: Remote
