Responsibilities
- Support and advocate for patients undergoing life on dialysis.
- Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
- Masters-level license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
- Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
