About the Role
The Social Worker II assesses the patient's psychological situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel, and provides direct services that ensure the patient's best use of health care services including safe and timely discharges.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an Accredited School of Social Work (Required)
- 2 years experience as a Medical Social Worker (Preferred)
Qualifications
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification (Preferred)
- Pennsylvania Social Worker License (Preferred)
