Complete Care is seeking Social Workers (CSW, LSW, MSW) for positions including Director of Social Work and Social Work Assistant. The role involves providing excellent clinical care to residents and staff while empowering direct‑care staff with social work expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical social work services to residents and staff in a long‑term/skilled nursing setting.
• Support and empower direct‑care staff using social work skills and talents.
• Uphold a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation.

Requirements

• Previous social work experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Competence in using PCC (Point Click Care) EHR software.
• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
