Complete Care is looking for Social Workers who have both the clinical experience and motivation to serve our residents and staff using their skills and talents to provide excellent care and empower our direct‑care staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care to residents.
• Empower and support direct‑care staff.
• Uphold a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation.

Requirements

• Previous social work experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Competence in using PCC (Point Click Care) EHR software.
• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
