Complete Care is looking for Social Workers who have both the clinical experience and motivation to serve our residents and staff using their skills and talents to provide excellent care and empower our direct care staff.

Qualifications

• Previous social work experience within long‑term/skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional people skills
• Competence in using PCC – Point Click Care EHR Software
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development & culture creation

Requirements

• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Dependable, committed & ready to join a team environment
