Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care to residents and staff.
• Empower direct care staff using social work skills and talents.

Requirements

• Previous social work experience within long‑term/skilled nursing environment.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Competence in using PCC – Point Click Care EHR Software.
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development & culture creation.
• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse License.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Dependable, committed, and ready to join a team environment.
