Social Worker MSW (Per Diem)

About the Role

This is a per diem/on-call social work position serving participants in the southern regions of Snohomish and King counties. The role involves providing direct social work services, including individual and group counseling, assessments, and intervention within community settings and participants' homes as needed. The social worker collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, leveraging community and financial resources to promote continuity of care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Licensed or temporarily licensed as a Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker or Associate upon hire.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population.
• Minimum of 2 years of social work experience with diverse ethnic seniors.
