Social Worker (MSW)
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible for state licensure, if required.
- Maintains state-specific requirements (e.g., LCSW and supervision, if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure documents.
- Effective communication skills with clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.
