About the role

Per diem Social Worker (MSW) position in Case Management at Hackettstown Medical Center. Schedule includes working 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with one weekend every four weeks.

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning from an acute care hospital
• Supportive and therapeutic counseling

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) and NJ LSW
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting (acute care hospital) or 1 year externship
• Available to commit to 2–3 days per week during the first 4–6 weeks for onboarding
• Must work every other weekend

Departmental hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility.
