Shift Supervisor - Transitional Shelter - Parkchester, Bronx
About the role
withcontaining that text. - Responsibilities: we have a list of responsibilities. Use
- .
- Qualifications: we have qualifications list (high school diploma, licensing, driver's license, etc). Also there is "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine? Might separate "Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". But we only have headings for Qualifications, Skills, etc. Could treat "Qualifications" as required qualifications, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as a subsection? But we cannot create new headings not in list. Could put preferred qualifications under Qualifications as part of same list? Might be okay. Or we could have a separate "Skills" section for skills list. The qualifications include many skill-like items (customer service, communication, etc). Could separate into Skills section. But we need to preserve all info. Let's decide:
Section headings we will include:
- About the role (from Overview Company Overview + Job Description summary)
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications (required qualifications)
- Skills (maybe from the list of abilities under qualifications)
- Benefits
- Pay (hourly pay rate)
- Schedule (full-time, overnights, flexible Monday-Sunday)
We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, closing, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract text.

Preferred Qualifications
but not in allowed list. The allowed list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, About the role, Responsibilities. Not Preferred Qualifications. So we should incorporate preferred qualifications into Qualifications or Skills. Perhaps we can add aSkills
for the skill list and keep Qualifications for baseline requirements. Then Preferred Qualifications could go under Skills? Might be okay. Let's split: Qualifications (required): high school diploma, licensing, driver's license, one of the associate/military/auxiliary, 1 year security experience, 2 years work experience (but the experience list is more skill-based). Actually the 2 years work experience demonstrating the following is a list of skills. So we could treat that as Skills section. Thus: Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; licensing requirements; current valid driver's license; must possess one or more of: Associate’s degree or higher; service in active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; service in auxiliary police or police cadets; minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experience. Skills: the list of abilities (customer service, poise, communication, planning, MS Office, problem solving, coaching, active listening, teamwork, assessment, synthesis, identifying issues, data handling, research, mediation, goal setting, attention to detail) plus preferred qualifications (Emergency Management Systems experience, FEMA
