Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to inmates and their families
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Valid California license as a Social Worker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
- Experience working with correctional populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Current CPR certification
