Social Worker LCSW - Millstone Township, NJ

Job Overview

Provides psychotherapy services to mental health services. Keeps records and statistics relevant to psychological treatment. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC Licensure required
• Psychotherapy experience

Scheduling Requirements

Full Time
Night shift

Essential Functions

• Conduct assessments, participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, and authorizations for care
• Develop and maintain working relationships with referral sources; facilitate clinical staff meetings, case consultations, and other reviews
• Aid in coordination for services to best meet client needs
• Participate in program development with BH leadership, including QA and PI projects
• Prepare and maintain statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational and official agencies
• Provide group and individual therapy
• Provide program oversight for clinical activities, ensures adequate coverage, and works in collaboration with BH leadership
• Supervise social work students as assigned
