Responsibilities Social Worker (LCSW) - Behavioral Health – Enid, OK Horizon Health Corporation is seeking a Social Worker (LCSW) for the Behavioral Health Program at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK. This unit is a 15 bed mental health program. In addition to providing direct high quality psychotherapy services to patients in assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning, the Lead Social Worker also develops and implements programs to meet the social and emotional needs of the patients. The Lead Social Worker effectively participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and the unit community relations team.
