Social Worker-Inpatient
or drop it. Remove boilerplate like instructions, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive information. We need to parse the posting: It includes job summary, education & experience required, certifications, knowledge, skills & abilities, responsibilities, physical and environmental demands, time type, FLSA, pay class, FTE, work shift, benefits eligibility, grant funded, posting date, closing date. We need to map to sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (education & experience, certifications), Qualifications (maybe knowledge, skills & abilities?), Skills (maybe knowledge, skills & abilities?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder or generic like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: Pay Class Salary, FTE %: 100. That's specific. Schedule: Work Shift Day. Benefits: Benefits Eligibility Grant Funded: No. Also maybe we can include Benefits section with that info. We must not include sections like About the role if we have job summary. Yes. We must not duplicate content. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We need to decide what goes where. Let's extract: Job Summary: "To provide patients and family members with psychosocial support and counseling needed to cope with issues which arise from various emotional or physical problems. To coordinate a variety of services including group therapy, crisis intervention, bereavement, client advocacy, referrals, prevention, education and implementation, and psychosocial assessments. To supervise undergraduate and graduate students and collaborate in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives." That's prose; can be
. Education & Experience Required: "Master's Degree or higher in Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Social Worker in the State of Mississippi." Certifications, Licenses, Or Registration Required: "Licensed Master Social Worker from the MS State Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage & Family Therapists." Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: list of knowledge and abilities. Responsibilities: long list. Physical and Environmental Demands: details. Time Type: Full time FLSA Designation/Job Exempt: Yes Pay Class: Salary FTE %: 100 Work Shift: Day Benefits Eligibility: Grant Funded: No Job Posting Date: 09/28/2026 Job Closing Date: (open until filled if no date specified): (no date) We may include posting date as minor metadata in a short
maybe under About the role? Or we could drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include posting date etc in a short
maybe under About the role or at end. We must not include application instructions boilerplate. We need to decide sections: - About the role: job summary (maybe also include posting date? but that's minor metadata). We'll put job summary in
. Could also add a short
for posting date. - Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll use
- for each responsibility sentence.
- Requirements: education & experience, certifications. Could be combined as Requirements. Use
- .
- Qualifications: maybe knowledge, skills & abilities. Could be Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe also knowledge, skills & abilities but we already used Qualifications. Could split: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities as Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Knowledge, Skills & Abilities into Qualifications or Skills. Let's decide: Use Qualifications for education/experience/certifications, and Skills for knowledge, skills & abilities. Or vice versa. Let's see typical: Requirements often education/experience; Qualifications often knowledge/skills. We'll do:
- Requirements: Education & Experience, Certifications.
- Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
- Skills: maybe not needed; we can skip Skills section if we used Qualifications. But we need to include Skills heading only if we have specific content. We could put Skills as separate but we already used knowledge, skills & abilities. Could treat that as Skills. Then Qualifications could be education/experience/certs. Let's do:
Requirements: Education & Experience, Certifications.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
Skills: maybe we can omit.
But we need to include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections if we have content.
Benefits: Benefits Eligibility Grant Funded: No. That's specific.
Pay: Pay Class Salary, FTE %: 100.
Schedule: Work Shift Day, Time Type Full time, FLSA Exempt Yes.
We could combine Pay and Schedule? But instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. However we have distinct content for each; we could combine Pay and Schedule into a "Compensation & Schedule" section but headings are prescribed: we must use those exact headings if we include them. We cannot create new headings. So we must decide to include each heading only if we have real specific content. We have content for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. So we include those three sections.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings
for each section. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. We'll maybe include posting date in a short
under About the role. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "You will be unable to modify your application after you have submitted it." etc. Remove all that. Now craft HTML:
