Key services include general medical and surgical inpatient care and treatment, emergency services, surgical services, behavioral health, comprehensive heart center, and diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling for Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults, and their significant others to cope with a multiplicity of social and emotional problems
• Provide information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems that are related to treatment services, illness, disability, or trauma
• Provide case management & milieu management
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Assist in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans
• Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate discharge planning
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical record for each client throughout the patient's stay

Qualifications

Required

• Master's Degree in Social Work field OR
• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy OR
• Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling OR
• In states requiring license, required upon hire and maintain current in accordance with state regulations
• Minimum one (1) year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience
• Experience working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, maternal and childcare, unhoused population, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.)

Preferred

• Current BLS certificate upon hire

Pay

$35.75 to $35.75 per hour
