We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. We have description: Job Title: Social Worker (Employee Assistance Counselor). Then description paragraphs. Then "Responsibilities" bullet list. Then "Qualifications". Then "Employer Description" (maybe about the organization). Then "About The Mount Sinai Health System". Then "Equal Opportunity Employer" (boilerplate to remove). Then "Compensation" with salary range. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe from description paragraphs before Responsibilities). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Skills? There's mention of skills: Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and clinical knowledge, knowledge of organizational policies, proficiency in MS Office. Could be placed under Skills or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for About the role: description paragraphs about role, EAC, etc. Responsibilities: bullet list. Qualifications: list (NYS LMSW, prior EAP experience preferred, etc.) Skills: could extract from qualifications or description: Excellent communication skills, demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem solving, organizational and clinical knowledge, knowledge of organizational policies and best practices..., proficiency in MS Office. Pay: we have salary range: $88690 - $101670.78 Annually. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; there is hybrid model of on-site and remote work, flexible staff schedules. Could be considered schedule? The posting mentions hybrid model and flexible staff schedules. That could be considered schedule info. However we should only include Schedule if posting actually states them. It does mention hybrid model and flexible staff schedules. That is schedule-related. So we could include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly; there is mention of continuing education, professional development, extra-curricular opportunities, pathway to LCSW licensure. That could be considered benefits. But the instruction: only include Benefits if posting actually states them. It does mention "access to a broad range of continuing education, professional development and extra-curricular opportunities." Also "Employment in our department provides a pathway to LCSW licensure". Those are benefits. So we could include Benefits section. Requirements: Might be similar to Qualifications; but we have Qualifications already. Could we also have Requirements? The posting includes "Minimum one year in current position." That's a requirement. Also "NYS LMSW." That's a qualification. Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Qualifications section. However the instruction allows us to use Requirements heading if we have content. We have some requirements: NYS LMSW, prior EAP experience preferred, excellent communication skills, etc., minimum one year in current position. Could treat as Requirements. But we also have Qualifications list similar. Might be redundant. Better to have one section: Qualifications (or Requirements). Since they ask to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we can combine into Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to output HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate

or

  • . We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. About the role: paragraphs from start until before "Responsibilities". Let's capture: "Social Work Services at the Mount Sinai Hospital The Mount Sinai Hospital is a 1,134-bed facility with an extensive outpatient and specialty care network and is the largest hospital in the Mount Sinai Health Care System. It offers comprehensive social work services and programming to meet the myriad needs of the diverse populations we serve. We believe that total patient care must emphasize the physical, emotional, and social needs of each patient and their care partners. Social Workers collaborate within interprofessional teams to serve patients and the larger community from both a micro and macro level including both direct care and prevention. Founded in 1907, the Department of Social Work Services at the Mount Sinai Hospital is one of the oldest hospital social work departments in the nation with over 450 licensed social workers employed across more than 65 different program/service areas. Employment in our department provides a pathway to LCSW licensure as well as access to a broad range of continuing education, professional development and extra-curricular opportunities. The social worker in this role will function as an Employee Assistance Counselor (EAC) in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) of Mount Sinai Health System. The EAC will be deployed to the Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH) campus and will include a hybrid model of on-site and remote work. The EAC will assist the Program Director with program operations and all aspects of Employee Assistance (EA) service delivery. This includes EA critical incident response, consultation services, and the provision of short-term counseling services to health system faculty, staff, and immediate family members. The EAC will also provide broadly focused training programs to diverse stakeholder groups (i.e., managers, supervisors, and union reps). They will accommodate flexible staff schedules and office assignments in response to urgent/emergent situations. The EAC will provide the Director with timely feedback regarding organizational issues, situations, and trends. They will be expected to participate in the EAP’s student education program. The EAC serves as a member of the interdisciplinary organizational team. They will collaborate closely with the Employee Health Service (EHS), Labor Relations (LR), Nursing and Security to address and resolve a range of complex Human Resource (HR) issues. In summary, the EAC functions at the intersection of human resources, job/personal performance, and behavioral health. Seeking early career practitioners so new/recent MSW graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered." That is the About the role. Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities". Let's capture each bullet: - Provide short term problem focused counseling and referral services to faculty, staff, and immediate family members for a range of personal issues including, marital, family, behavioral health, stress management, substance use and other personal concerns. - Conduct individual assessments. This includes record reviews, collateral contacts, and consultations with other professionals. - Formulate service plans including appropriate referrals for evaluation and treatment. - Refer clients to other services as needed for medical evaluation, treatment and/or needed social services. - Develop internal and external resources with service providers available to assist clients with various behavioral health concerns. - Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with appropriate care providers. - Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key organizational stakeholders. - Conduct risk assessments and implement safety management plans. - Assume operational responsibility for EA colleagues during episodes of PTO, FMLA, MLOA and other absences. - Develop and provide educational/training programs regarding EA services. - Develop and distribute promotional materials regarding the program’s goals and objectives to increase visibility and utilization. - Prepare and maintain confidential case records and reports. - Participate in the graduate education program. - Recommend suggestions to assure optimal service delivery & perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: after "Qualifications". Let's capture: - NYS LMSW. - Prior EAP experience preferred. - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem solving. - Organizational and clinical knowledge relevant to the resolution of complex workplace problems. - Knowledge of organizational policies and best practices in the areas of behavioral health counseling, critical incident response, behavioral risk assessment, wellness, and work/family life balance. - Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. - Minimum one year in current position. Also maybe "Seeking early career practitioners so new/recent MSW graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered." That's more about encouragement; could be part of About the role or Qualifications. We'll keep in About. Benefits: from earlier: "Employment in our department provides a pathway to LCSW licensure as well as access to a broad range of continuing education, professional development and extra-curricular opportunities." Also maybe "The Mount Sinai Health System is committed to fostering an environment where everyone can contribute to excellence." That's more employer description but could be benefits? But we have Employer Description paragraph about Strength through Unity and Inclusion, etc. That's more about culture; could be considered Benefits? But it's more about employer description. However we have a section "About The Mount Sinai Health System" which is descriptive. That could be considered Benefits? Not exactly. The instruction says include Benefits only if posting actually states them. The posting does state benefits: pathway to LCSW licensure, continuing education, professional development, extra-curricular opportunities. Also maybe "access to a broad range of continuing education, professional development and extra-curricular opportunities." We'll include that. Pay: salary range: "$88690 - $101670.78 Annually." Schedule: hybrid model of on-site and remote work, flexible staff schedules. Also "They will accommodate flexible staff schedules and office assignments in response to urgent/emergent situations." So we can summarize: Hybrid on-site/remote work with flexible scheduling. Now we need to output HTML. We'll structure:

    About the role

    • ...

    Qualifications

We must ensure we don't include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Check for any duplicated lines: we should not repeat. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: Did we miss any? The About the role includes a lot; we captured all. Did we miss the part about "Founded in 1907, the Department of Social Work Services..." yes included. Did we miss "The Mount Sinai Hospital is a 1,134-bed facility..." yes. Did we miss "Seeking early career practitioners so new/recent MSW graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered." We omitted that; it's substantive. Should we include it? It's about encouragement to apply; could be part of About the role. Let's add a sentence at end of About the role: "Seeking early career practitioners, new/recent MSW graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered." Now check Qualifications: we included all bullet points. Did we miss "Organizational and clinical knowledge relevant to the resolution of complex workplace problems." yes included. Did we miss "Knowledge of organizational policies and best practices in the areas of behavioral health counseling, critical incident response, behavioral risk assessment, wellness, and work/family life balance." yes. Did we miss "Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook." yes. Did we miss "Minimum one year in current position." yes. Did we miss "Prior EAP experience preferred." yes. Did we miss "Excellent communication skills and demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem solving." yes. Now Benefits: we included the pathway to LCSW licensure and continuing education etc. Also maybe "access to a broad range of continuing education, professional development and extra-curricular opportunities." we included. Potential other benefits: The employer description about Strength through
