About the role

The Social Work Clinician II at Telecare provides clinical and casework services under supervision of a licensed clinician. This includes person-centered recovery planning and collaboration with other services and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports under supervision.
• Collaborates with other services and agencies to support recovery planning.
• Works with individuals with severe mental illness in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Engages in person-centered recovery planning with clients.
• Attends to clients' needs and ensures they are living, breathing, eating, and staying clean.
• Uses the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, and may use personal vehicle for meetings.

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school and working towards licensure.
• Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science.
• One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.
• Working towards licensure and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science.
• One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting.

• Knowledge of mental health disorders and recovery models.

Pay

Starting wage range is $31.33-$38.70/hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Schedule

Shifts Available: Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM - 3:30 PM. (0.4 FTE.)

The Wellspring Center is a 16-bed crisis residential treatment (CRT) program in San Bernardino County, located in the city of Fontana, serving adults and older adults.
