Social Worker - BSW Outpatient

About the role

Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine (KCBM) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker (BSW) to join their multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Completing psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Leading individual, family, and group therapy
• Collaborating closely with clinical and medical teams
• Supporting community outreach and education efforts
• Coordinating discharge and aftercare planning

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• BSWs only need apply, other degrees will not be considered.
• Membership in the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
• Documented training related to behavioral health within the past year.
• Eligible to meet hospital standards.
• One (1) year experience in an acute geriatric behavioral health setting preferred.
