About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Bilingual Social Worker who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. This position offers a flexible, visit‑based environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while working on‑site in Odessa, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to determine social, emotional, and environmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Provide counseling and support services to diverse populations.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
