Social Worker

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering complex professional services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary team setting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: High school diploma required; advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Social Work preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social work services, counseling, or related fields preferred; required experience in social work services and counseling.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current licensure as an LMSW or LCSW required, along with BLS certification and SAFE Approach Level III.
• Additional certifications: Must be current in Texas; certain certifications required within specified timeframes after hire.
• Key Skills & Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adherence to licensing standards. Must be proficient in certifications such as BLS and possess relevant licensures.
