About the role
We are seeking a Life Care Planning Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team in our Vinings office.
Responsibilities
- Help older adults and their families navigate healthcare, long-term care, and aging-related challenges with confidence and dignity.
- Work alongside Certified Elder Law Attorneys, public benefits specialists, and our practice management team.
- Combine social work, advocacy, care coordination, and relationship building in a collaborative legal setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker in Georgia.
- Experience working with older adults and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- Experience in elder law or long-term care is a plus.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
