About the role

The Social Worker assists our team in providing resources and support to patients and their families in the home setting. We are in need of full-time and per diem Social Workers for our Grays Harbor team.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources and support to patients and their families in the home setting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, psychology, or sociology with one year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current vehicle insurance
