Job Description
The licensed Social Worker will support the psychosocial needs of our clients in Fargo, ND.
Education Qualifications
- Provides social work services and discharge planning to patients and families in the healthcare setting to meet individual health and psychosocial needs in the promotion of wellness and cost-effective outcomes.
- This position also transitions patients to alternate levels of care and provides crisis intervention as needed.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications
- Certification/Licensure Requirements: Current State Social Work Licensure
- Bachelor degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
Shift Rotation
- Fte 1
- Possible Remote/Hybrid Option
- Shift Start Time: 8:00 AM
- Shift End Time: 4:30 PM
- Weekends Holidays: No Call Obligation
Compensation Range
Compensation Range: $59,072.00 - $88,608.00
