Responsibilities

• Support and advocate for patients undergoing life on dialysis.
• Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities related to End Stage Renal Disease.
• Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of their condition.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Masters-level license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW) meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The Salary Range for the role is $66,000 - $109,000/year. Social Worker Experienced (Clinical License): $78,000 - $105,000/year.

Schedule

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $66,000 - $109,000/year. Social Worker Experienced (Clinical License): $78,000 - $105,000/year.
