Social Worker

About the role

This role is Full Time - 32 Hours/week, 24 Hours in Cambridge and 8 Hours in Brookline.

Responsibilities

• Support and advocate for patients undergoing dialysis.
• Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities regarding End Stage Renal Disease.
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Participate in a supportive and positive team environment.
• Contribute to performance-based rewards based on individual and team contributions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Masters-level license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW) meeting all licensure requirements for their state.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The advertised salary range reflects a full-time (40 hours/week) schedule. As this position is scheduled for 32 hours/week, compensation will be prorated and will fall below the advertised range.
