Social Worker
About the role
As a Social Worker at DaVita, you'll be a vital member of each patient's core care team. Your role involves supporting and advocating for patients undergoing dialysis, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities, and guiding them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
- Masters-level license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW) meeting all licensure requirements for your state.
- Proficient in all experienced level Social Worker duties.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
The wage range for the role is $27.50 - $46.00/hour. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Schedule
This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
