About the role
Will support clinics in Gilmer and Tyler, TX. As a Social Worker at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a Team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Support and advocate for patients undergoing dialysis.
- Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Guide patients in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
