About the role
As a Social Worker at DaVita, you’ll be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. This role supports and advocates for patients transitioning to life on dialysis.

Requirements
- Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $57,000 - $92,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
