Responsibilities
Provide appropriate intervention to patients and their families in an effort to assist them in understanding, accepting and adhering to recommendations of the health care team in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.
Skills
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Good psychosocial intervention skills
- Knowledge of social and health resources within the community
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
- Master's Degree in Social Work
Schedule
On-call/Flexi on the Rotating Shift, PRN as needed for 12‑hour coverage; Rotating Shift, Monday‑Friday standard days.
