Position Title and Overview
The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. Children live on-site with their parent during treatment, allowing families to remain connected and supported throughout the recovery journey. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.
Location and Travel Requirements
This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is minimal.
Position Requirements
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
- Experience in the drug and alcohol field preferred.
- Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.
