Responsibilities
- Assists patients with daily activities
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintains patient records and communicates with healthcare providers
- Supports family members through the grieving process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare or caregiving
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passing background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong empathy and emotional support skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of hospice care practices and regulations
