About the role
Cross Country Education is seeking a Social Work School LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a local contract job in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, behavior support, case management
- Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and outside service providers
- Support elementary students ages 8-11 with behavioral, emotional, social, and mental health needs
- Experience working with Grades 3-5 students, particularly in a BRIDGE or other structured intervention setting
- Elementary-level experience
- Working with students approximately ages 8-11
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:30am-1pm
- Tuesdays, Thursdays: 10am-2:30pm
Requirements
- PDE Certification is required
- Valid PDE certification
- Experience in a Grade 3-5 BRIDGE classroom is highly valued
