Social Work Associate

About the role

As a Social Work Associate at Havenwyck Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services to patients and families, assist in developing and implementing care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and needs.
• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Current licensure as a Social Worker in your state.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social work principles and practices.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment options.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
