Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.

- Implement and promote new workplace initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staff development or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
