The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: - Overview (About the role) - Qualifications (but the posting has "Qualifications:" heading then "Job Specifications:" which seems like responsibilities) - Education - Experience - Benefits (detailed list) - Why work for Otterbein SeniorLife (company description) Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists,

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading (page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the content: The posting starts with "Now Offering DailyPay** Overview" - that's a heading. Then "The Social Services Director reports to the Executive Director..." - that's prose about the role. Then "Qualifications:" heading, but then it says "To perform this job successfully..." and then "Job Specifications:" which lists duties. That seems like responsibilities. Then "Education:" and "Experience:" sections. Then "BENEFITS*" with detailed list. Then "Why work for Otterbein SeniorLife:" with company description. I need to structure this appropriately. Sections I'll create: 1. About the role (overview) 2. Responsibilities (from Job Specifications) 3. Requirements (Education and Experience) 4. Benefits (detailed list) 5. About Otterbein SeniorLife (company description) Note: The "Qualifications:" heading in the original is a bit misleading because it includes both a generic statement and then "Job Specifications:" which are duties. I'll treat "Job Specifications" as Responsibilities. The "Qualifications:" paragraph is generic boilerplate ("To perform this job successfully...") - I might include it as a brief intro to requirements or fold into Requirements section. But the rule says preserve substantive information. The generic statement is not very substantive. However, the "Job Specifications" list is substantive duties. Also, there's "Regular, punctual attendance and ability to be flexible in work time, scheduling evenings and weekends, as needed. Serve in an “on-call” arrangement..." - that's part of Job Specifications? It appears as first bullet under Job Specifications. That's about schedule/attendance. Could be part of Requirements or Responsibilities. I'll include it in Responsibilities as it's listed under Job Specifications. Now, Benefits section is detailed, so include. Pay/Schedule: The posting mentions "Now Offering DailyPay**" and in benefits "Access to DailyPay, enabling you to access up to 100% of your earned wages on a daily basis". No explicit pay range or schedule details beyond "flexible in work time, scheduling evenings and weekends, as needed" and "on-call". That's not enough for a Pay or Schedule section. So no Pay/Schedule sections. Now, I need to output HTML fragment with h3 headings, ul/li for lists, p for prose. Let's draft:

    About the role

The Social Services Director reports to the Executive Director. The Social Services Director identifies and facilitates social and emotional needs of the residents, families, and responsible party. Assists them with the adjustment to the psychosocial and socio-economic impact of illness; assists the continuity of care by linking patients and families with community resources to resolve personal, financial, and environmental difficulties related to illness that will maintain or improve their ability to manage their everyday physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.

    Requirements

    Education

College degree or High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year or more of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience

Previous experience in long-term health care facility preferred. The holder of this position should have relevant experience and social service and or customer service training.

    But the rule says use

for section headings. Should I use

for subsections? The rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid subheadings, but to keep it simple, maybe combine Education and Experience under Requirements with

    or

. However, they are distinct. I could do:

      Requirements

      • Education: College degree or High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year or more of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Experience: Previous experience in long-term health care facility preferred. The holder of this position should have relevant experience and social service and or customer service training.
      That's fine. Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Health & Wellness: Medical Insurance with free virtual doctor visits, Vision & Dental Insurance, Pet Insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support
      • Financial Security: 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match, Paid Time Off (PTO) that accrues immediately from day one, Paid Holidays for a healthy work-life balance, Access to DailyPay (up to 100% of earned wages daily), Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year for ANY field of study, Tuition Discounts through exclusive partnerships with the University of Cincinnati, University of Toledo, and Hondros College, Employee-Sponsored Crisis Fund, Legal & Identity Theft Protection
      • Growth & Development: University Partnerships with University of Cincinnati, University of Toledo, and Hondros College for exclusive tuition discounts, Multiple Partner Discounts through Access Perks, Access to 1,000s of hours of personal and professional development material through RightNow Media @ Work

Some benefits, including PTO and tuition reimbursement, are based on hours worked.

But the original benefits list is categorized with headings "Health & Wellness", "Financial Security", "Growth & Development". I should preserve that structure. Could use nested lists or separate
with headings. Since we can only use

for main sections, maybe use for subcategories within list items. Or use multiple
          with

for subcategory headings. But rule says use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. I think it's okay to have subheadings as

            or . I'll do:

            Benefits

            Health & Wellness

            • Medical Insurance with free virtual doctor visits
            • Vision & Dental Insurance
            • Pet Insurance
            • Life Insurance
            • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support

            Financial Security

            • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match
            • Paid Time Off (PTO) that accrues immediately from day one
            • Paid Holidays for a healthy work-life balance
            • Access to DailyPay, enabling you to access up to 100% of your earned wages on a daily basis
            • Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year for ANY field of study
            • Tuition Discounts through exclusive partnerships with the University of Cincinnati, University of Toledo, and Hondros College
            • Employee-Sponsored Crisis Fund available for those facing unforeseen challenges
            • Legal & Identity Theft Protection

            Growth & Development

            • University Partnerships with University of Cincinnati, University of Toledo, and Hondros College for exclusive tuition discounts
            • Multiple Partner Discounts available for various products and services through Access Perks
            • Access to 1,000s of hours of personal and professional development material through RightNow Media @ Work

Some benefits, including PTO and tuition reimbursement, are based on hours worked.

That preserves structure. Now "Why work for Otterbein SeniorLife:" - that's company description. Could be "About Otterbein SeniorLife" or "Company overview". Use

            About Otterbein SeniorLife

            and prose.
